What ecommerce outsourcing means with B2Vibe

Ecommerce outsourcing is the day-to-day operation of your online sales channels handed to a specialised external team. In practice: listings, prices, promotions, advertising and performance on every European marketplace – and on your own store – are run by people who do this for a living, while your company keeps channel ownership and strategic control.

Inside the service, week by week

Account health checks and sales performance reviews per marketplace; price and stock updates against competitors; optimisation of listings that lose ground; promotion and advertising management within agreed budgets; case handling with marketplace support teams when accounts, disputes or listing errors need it. Underneath runs the structural work: catalogue expansion, content localisation for each market, and presence in the commercial seasons that matter.

How we measure it

Every month you receive the metrics we use ourselves: revenue and orders per channel and country, margin after fees and logistics, advertising ACOS, return rates, account health. The numbers drive next month’s decisions. When you also need the physical side, the service integrates with our European fulfilment and multilingual customer care.

Getting started

Onboarding typically takes three to four weeks: channel audit (or new account setup), catalogue and stock integration, price-list and repricing rules, then go-live with close support. If you prefer a model where we also carry the fiscal and legal side of each sale, look at our Merchant of Record service.

Frequently asked questions

Do the marketplace accounts stay ours?

Yes – existing accounts remain your property and we operate as delegated users. Alternatively, under the Merchant of Record model we sell on our own accounts on your behalf.

Which marketplaces do you cover?

Amazon (all European marketplaces), eBay, Cdiscount, ManoMano, FNAC Darty, Kaufland, Leroy Merlin and other channels depending on your category.

Is there a minimum volume?

No fixed threshold: we assess margins and catalogue potential in an intro call. If the numbers do not justify the service, we say so.
